After more than 20 years working with the world's largest and most successful brands, Jamie is now busy helping to building one of the fastest-growing independent agencies in the UK. That means scouring the world for inspiration to feed into campaigns that really change people's behaviour, networking like a maniac, keeping the entrepreneurial spirit of the agency cranked up to 10, and helping to mentor the next generation of industry leaders. Previous agency experience includes spells at Triangle, Billington Cartmell and Arc.

After graduating from art college in 1985, Nick spent the formative years of his career at the Triangle Group, becoming Creative Director in 1990 and Group Creative Director in 1998. Along the way he helped launch Storm, a specialist retail agency and following the sale of Triangle to Publicis Groupe, a number of secondments followed including helping PublicisMojo in Sydney win the Nescafe account.

In May 2005 he launched Woo as part of the Engine Group, which quickly established itself landing major blue-chip clients including Abbey, Beck's and The Famous Grouse.

In October 2008, the lure of renewing his partnership with Jamie resulted in him joining INITIALS. Equally at home art directing, designing or writing, Nick has nurtured and managed creative teams that have won over 150 industry awards in the last 16 years. He has chaired numerous MCCA, ISP and APMC awards panels in the UK and Ireland.

With a degree in Business Studies, Richard joined Purchasepoint working on Ford Credit, BT Cellnet and PepsiCo. After broadening his experience at Carlson Marketing Group and Team LGM, Richard moved to Dynamo (now Wax) where he remained for 6 years, rising to Client Services Director and managing key clients such as Danone, UB, Sainsbury's and Heinz.

Another founding member of INITIALS, Richard is an expert in ROI modeling and is passionate about demonstrating the effectiveness of the work we do. Richard is also spearheading our international work for PepsiCo.

Simon graduated with a degree in management and business (specialising in design) from Aston University. He built his career over 18 years within the Billington Cartmell group where as a director he both developed and headed up the Creative Planning discipline across the group's three component businesses. Having worked extensively across most FMCG sectors both in the UK and internationally, Simon is a vocal champion of integrating the creative and planning processes to ensure more cohesive and accountable work. His most notable campaigns have included work for Green & Black's, Morrisons, Diageo, Panasonic and Mazda.

With a degree in English and Sports Studies Birmingham University, James started his career in Sports Sponsorship, working with and for MasterCard to leverage their sponsorship properties. He then spent 10 years with GHMC working on major integrated accounts such as Budweiser, Ladbrokes and Audi.

James joined INITIALS in 2008 and runs the PepsiCo and Mondelez accounts as well as heading up the Account Handling Team.

With over 20 years agency experience in retail activation and integrated campaigns, Peter combines a wealth of client experience with a unique approach to Shopper Marketing. Over the last 5 years he has developed a number of bespoke tools and an insight led process to helping brands sell more, this includes partnering with Manchester University's Behavioural Science Team to combine academic research with creativity, blending Phycology and Shopper understanding to develop effective communication.

Before joining Initials Peter has been Managing Director at Dialogue and Ogilvy Action and more recently CEO for Visual Latina, a specialist Shopper Marketing Agency originating from South America. He's married and lives in Richmond with wife Lisa and has 3 children.

He worked for 3 WPP subsidiaries in a 6-year stint with the global marketing agency and has spent the last 6 years working on a consultancy basis for a number of businesses including packaging design agencies Jones Knowles Ritchie and Lewis Moberly.

Alistair joined INITIALS in October 2009.

Rachel has worked within the live events industry for over 12 years and gained a wide portfolio of UK and global clients including PepsiCo, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Samsung and Mondelez. Rachel joined Initials in 2010, bringing her invaluable expertise in live event management to the agency's broader marketing offering. Now as the days of a one-dimensional experience are long gone and activating in a live environment is no longer just about the place or space you are in, Rachel has spent the last few years shaping Initials' combined experiential and social offering 'Live Engagement'.

She heads up a team of meticulous event planners and innovative thinkers that consistently craft brand experiences to be proud of. In May 2016 Rachel was appointed to the Initials board in recognition of the role that she plays and the contribution she has made to the success of the agency.

True to the ethos of her role, Rachel lives a jam-packed life through experiences, from being a mum, travelling the world, a busy social life and rolling her sleeves up on site!
